The following reports were issued by state police:
RURAL VALLEY -- Nicholas Dean Hinick, 20, of Rural Valley was charged with 26 counts each of forgery, theft and receiving stolen property after he allegedly stole checks belonging to Kenneth F. Hinick Jr., 56, of Rural Valley, and cashed them at various places in Armstrong County between Dec. 16, 2007, and Feb. 15. The total amount stolen was $935.
MADISON -- David Lee Hull, 46, of 658 Marin Road, Erie, was arrested and jailed Monday on charges of sexual assault, incest, corruption of minors, endangering the welfare of a minor, and indecent assault, after he allegedly had sexual intercourse with a juvenile between 8:30 and 9 p.m. Saturday at an undisclosed location. Police said the incident was reported to them on Sunday. Hull was arraigned by District Judge Michael Gerheim and is being held in the Armstrong County Jail on $25,000 bond.
RAYBURN -- Ashley Dawn Wonderling, 21, of Kittanning, faces a citation for driving too fast for conditions after she lost control of her vehicle and collided with a Ford box truck, owned by the Leader Times and driven by Rick Corbett, 48, of Kittanning, along Clearfield Pike at 1:40 p.m. Friday. Wonderling was treated at ACMH Hospital for minor injuries, police said.

KISKI -- Cash and change were taken from a locker at the Locust Grove Country Shop, along Garvers Ferry Road, after police responded to the location for a burglar alarm at 11:12 p.m. Sunday.
RAYBURN -- A 49-year-old East Brady man and a 34-year-old Yateboro female faces drug charges after they were stopped for equipment and registration violation along Route 85 at 8:29 p.m. Sunday. Police said neither had a valid driver's license. Police said the female was found to have arrest warrants from Indiana County. Police said a search of the vehicle found suspected drug paraphernalia.
MANOR -- A 22-year-old Crafton male, not identified by police, was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana after he was stopped along Route 422 at 8:20 p.m. Sunday. Police said the male was also found to be driving under the influence.
NEW BETHLEHEM (Clarion County) -- The owners of Diddy's Bar, along Broad Street, faces charges of selling alcohol without a license for allowing alcohol to be sold from Aug. 1 to Aug. 13, 2007, after the license had expired. Police said the owners can face fines of up to $5,000 and could have their license suspended or revoked.
