David M. Martin named to post at Michael Baker

Michael Baker Corp.'s engineering unit, Michael Baker Jr., announced Monday that David M. Martin was named national director of operations for Michael Baker Jr.'s facilities business.

Also, Steven F. Wilson was appointed national highways technical service manager and project maintenance director. Both are based in the company's Moon office.
