• A $3 million sports facility with eight indoor tennis courts among other amenities may be built in Harmar, pending municipal approval, said Anthony Santilli, head of Alpha Tennis Holding LP. A September occupancy is planned. There would be an indoor running track, a fitness facility, a pro shop and classrooms. A second floor would be rented. Alpha Tennis purchased a former 84 Lumber Co. store on 2.84 acres at 1 Alpha Dr.; that store will be demolished. Purchase price was $750,000, according to Allegheny County property records.

• Saw Dust Saloon, a country/western pizza pub, leased a 6,780-square-foot former Hoss's Steak & Sea House, 11675 Frankstown Rd., Penn Hills. Owner John Ford also operates Johnny Mike's Bar in Pittsburgh. An opening is scheduled this month. David Hanley of PRC Commercial/Prudential Realty handled the lease.

• West Penn Allegheny Health System has entered an agreement with CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. for real estate outsourcing services, including facilities project and transaction management, lease administration and strategic planning. West Penn occupies 6 million square feet in 250 buildings.

• C.H. Robinson expanded by about 3,000 square feet at Abele Business Park, Bridgeville, and now occupies 7,400 square feet. Secon Corp., the owner-developer, has completed an addition to the building, which now has 53,000 square feet.

• Renovation of the former East Hills Elementary School, 2150 E. Hills Dr., is under way by Imani Christian Academy, which services children from kindergarten through grade 12. A January occupancy is scheduled.

Transactions:

• A building that housed Liang's Hunan restaurant, 254 5th Ave., Downtown, was purchased by David and Aliza Kashi from Joshua Ifrah and partner for $375,000, according to a deed filed in Allegheny County.

• Comprehensive Community Services Inc. of Charleroi purchased a building at 203 S. Maple Ave., Greensburg, from Westmoreland Human Services Inc. for $817,500, according to a deed filed in Westmoreland County.

• Millcraft Industries Inc. hired Michael Goldstrom as a project manager in the construction department and Patti Dittman as director of leasing and property management.

• Keller Williams Realty hired seven sales agents for its North Pittsburgh office: Pamela DeSimone, Gloria Russo, Pamela Moore, Bryan McNalley, Terrence Young, Dave Ratchkauskas and Yan Dolgosheev.
