• A spring opening in the DelMonte Building is planned for Rivertowne North Shore, a bar and restaurant with microbrews, said Christian Fyke, an owner. Fyke said this would be the fourth Rivertowne, which has operations in Verona, Rt. 30 North Huntingdon and Monroeville. The restaurants employ more than 110 with 45 to 50 jobs scheduled at North Shore, he said. The building now is Calico Jack's restaurant.

• Safelite AutoGlass' subsidiary Safelite Fulfillment expanded at the I-79 North Industrial & Research Park in Sewickley by leasing 37,136 square feet under a 10-year lease. The company now occupies 23,210 square feet, said Lou Oliva of Grubb & Ellis who represented Safelite. Rick O'Brien of Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord, Sun Life Assurance Co.

• Kamin Realty Co. and Rite-Aid of Pennsylvania Inc. will seek zoning variances Monday from the Forest Hills Borough Zoning Hearing Board to build a Rite-Aid at 2336 Ardmore Blvd.

• ANH Refractories Co. renewed its lease for 63,182 square feet for five years at Cherrington Corporate Center, Moon, which is owned by HUB Property Trust. Jonathan Bonime of Fischer & Co. represented ANH.

• The Woods of Brandywine in Manor Borough, Westmoreland County, offers 28 sites with custom-built homes from $285,000. The developer is Veritas Custom Homes; Coldwell Banker Real Estate is the marketing agent. Three models are open.

• Millcraft Industries Inc. will ask the Pittsburgh Zoning Board of Adjustment on Thursday to approve variances to permit installation of two 5-foot-by-1.5-foot double-face non-illuminated wall signs for the Downtown branch of the YMCA on front of a seven-story building at 160 Fifth Ave. DidarSingh will request approval of a 4,000-square-foot first-floor grocery store with five parking stalls in back and two single-family housing units on the second floor of a two-story structure at 4605 Centre Ave., Oakland. Jan Wein will ask to use part of a one-story structure as a medical office with 12 parking stalls and a single-family dwelling at 340 Pearl St., Bloomfield.

• A converted train station at 3591 Ridgeway Dr., Bethel Park, previously used as a warehouse, is the new home of LarsonO'Brien Marketing Group, which moved from 733 Washington Rd., Mt. Lebanon.

• Investcorp and Gumberg Asset Management selected CB Richard Ellis as leasing agent for the 840,000-square-foot Penn Center East office park in Wilkins. The CB team, headed by Jeremy Kronman, executive vice president, includes Christina Bucciero, Dan Sliger and Courtney Lynn.

Transactions:

• DiCesare Investment Group Inc. sold the five-story Gatehouse office building, 100 W. Carson St., Station Square, to Gatehouse Station Square LP for $1.65 million. Damian J. DiCesare is president of the selling group and James A. Welker is president of the buyer, according to a deed filed in Allegheny County.

• Concord Sierra Racetrack Associates LP paid $1.8 million to Tanger Properties LP for property on Racetrack Road, South Strabane, for a 124-room Marriott Courtyard hotel, according to a deed filed in Washington County. The hotel could open in August.
