Two people were taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va. -- one by medical helicopter -- after the crash of an all-terrain vehicle Thursday in Nicholson Township, according to Fayette County 911.
The call was received by the dispatch center at 7:16 p.m. According to the center, the accident occurred on private property along Old Frame Road between Smithfield and Masontown. Because the accident was on private property and not a public road, state police are not investigating, and further details were not available.
