A victim of a Strip District shooting has filed a lawsuit against the nightclub where she was shot, alleging lax security.

Davina Wilson of Monroeville filed a lawsuit in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court against Touch nightclub and WAMO-FM radio station, which was broadcasting live at the club July 31, 2006.

Eight people were shot when a gunman opened fire in the crowded club, police said. Wilson suffered bullet wounds to her left leg and foot, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit also names Touch president Thomas Jayson and MMM Corp., the name of the club's parent company.
