Noteworthy: The Technology Collaborative, a nonprofit economic development foundation, awarded a $200,000 research grant to develop a small stabilization platform for unmanned vehicles. The platform will be able to steadily hold a camera, directional antenna or laser inside a moving vehicle. The company plans to begin testing in June by putting the platform on an unmanned helicopter.
