Brighton Heights group plans May 15 house tour
The Brighton Heights Citizen's Federation will hold a community house tour from 1 to 5 p.m. May 15.
The tour begins at All Saints Episcopal Church on McClure Avenue and will feature 10 homes and two churches.
Members of the federation's Portal Project will be available to describe new developments planned for the neighborhood, including a mural at the Route 65 entrance to the neighborhood, a traffic roundabout at the Five Points intersection and a restored business district on California Avenue.
Tickets are $12 the day of the tour, or $10 in advance.
