Pitt quarterback Tyler Palko doesn't mind if Louisville defensive end Elvis Dumervil wants to wiggle his hips to celebrate a sack.

However, Palko has no desire to be Dumervil's dance partner.

Last week, Dumervil -- who has 19 sacks, six shy of breaking the NCAA single-season record -- said he plans to do a victory dance if he can dump Palko in Thursday's game.

Palko just smiled when asked about Dumervil's comments.

"He can dance all he wants," Palko said. "He's leading the country in sacks, so he can do the Irish jig with (Cincinnati Bengals receiver) Chad Johnson if he wants to.

"I really don't get into personal battles like that. He says what he wants to say, and we'll leave it at that."

Will Pitt's defense respond to Dumervil's antics?

"We don't have any dances," linebacker H.B. Blades said with a sly grin. "But I heard Dumervil has one so ... I'm sure we'll come up with something nice."

Defensive end Chris McKillop, on the other hand, prefers to stay low key.

"I'm not a celebrating kind of guy," McKillop said. "That's not my style. If I'm fortunate enough to get a sack, I'll probably just get up and go back to the huddle."
