Tribune-Review sports columnist Rob Rossi talks about Ben Roethlisberger, who has been the Steelers most valuable player this season, even though he didn't win the award.
Almost every time the team was in a tough situation, Roethlisberger has made big play after big play. He is having one of the best post-season runs in the modern Super Bowl era. He has thrown seven touchdown passes with only one interception, compared to struggling in last year's post-season.
Roethlisberger is the reason the Steelers have gone from Super Bowl contenders to playing in the big game.
