2 more plead guilty in Washington County gambling ring
Two more Washington County men pleaded guilty in federal court Tuesday to being major participants in a Canonsburg gambling ring.
Manuel "Manny" Lemonakis, 79, of Canonsburg and John "Jack" Glass, 59, of Houston acknowledged being part of the operation involved in sports betting, a numbers-betting game based on the Pennsylvania Lottery, and a ticket-drawing scheme between 2002 and 2006.
Two other men accused of being members of the ring, Leonard Patnesky, 60, and Joseph Selva, 72, both of Canonsburg, pleaded guilty to similar charges last week.
