Jeff Ackerman's Moon Boys Basketball Camp will run in two sessions from July 8-12 at Moon High School. Session 1, for ages 7-10, is from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Session 2, for ages 11-14, is from 1-4 p.m. The cost is $50 per camper, and includes a camp T-shirt. Triathlon
Race
The Friends of the Riverfront Pittsburgh Triathlon and Adventure Race will be held July 14 at North Shore Park. The triathalon course consists of a 1.5 Kilometer swim, 40K bike, and 10K run. The Adventure Race course will include a 12-mile bike, a 2-mile canoe/kayak, and a 3.2-mile run. Triathalon fees are $50 per individual, $90 per team (3 person only). Adventure race fees are $40 per individual, $30 per person per team (2, 3, or 4 person teams). Packet pick-up will be July 13, 9am-5pm at North Shore Riverfront Park. No race-day registration.
